Looks like they've been repainted. Apparently the council is going to subcontract the management and lettings; this will almost certainly mean higher costs for the locals who rent the huts every year. They are so popular that very few are left for holidaymakers. Thanks to Martin Ashburner for this and other recent shots.

ReplyDeleteI love these colorful huts! As a tourist I guess I will not see inside one.... or perhaps I should ask someone?? I like the way this photo is done, with the people..... than I see the size of the huts.
