Just along from the Magpie this pub-hotel-restaurant is just "so British" in appearance, though not everyone appreciates the refurbishment. It does, however, offer superb views over to the east side for those lucky enough to book a room at the front. It is on Pier Road, quelle surprise, just opposite this.
It looks like very welcoming. I always wanted to stay in a typical British/English Inn. I hope I could fulfil my wish sometime. Are Inns also good for families?
ReplyDeleteIt's a good thing I can't compare it to what it was before the renovation, because I think it looks great. The stone, wood, white paint and black wrought iron lamps all come together in a very elegant yet welcoming way.
ReplyDeleteNow I would like to definitely go here.
