Yes, our winters are relatively mild, but we still think they are cold. We are protected by the sea, so usually the snow doesn't last more than a few weeks and is intermittent. We don't get the kind of USA winters we've been watching on TV.
Bill, "rugged-up" is a new term for me. Nice one. The photo is a few weeks old though, but the weather is about the same as today.
It appears you have mild weather. Is that generally true?
